Sub-processors
Draft — last updated 28 July 2026
Draft — pending legal review. This page is preliminary placeholder text prepared while equal42 is in early access. It is not final and not legal advice. Do not rely on it as a binding commitment until it has been reviewed and approved by qualified counsel.
equal42 uses a small number of third-party providers to run the platform. Each processes some customer data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement. If we add or change a sub-processor, we'll update this list and give customers notice.
| Provider | Location | What they process |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic | United States | Document extraction, grant matching, and proposal drafting (AI inference) |
| Supabase | EU region (being confirmed) | Authentication, database storage for accounts and organisation profiles |
| Vercel | Global edge network, US-headquartered | Application hosting and request handling |
Transfers outside the EU/EEA (currently, to Anthropic and Vercel) are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
