equal42 exists because fundraising teams at NGOs spend far more time on admin — hunting for grants, rewriting the same organisational background for the tenth application, assembling donor reports — than on the work that actually justifies the funding.

We're building an AI-powered platform for Nordic civil society that turns the documents an organisation already has — annual reports, past proposals, impact evaluations — into a living funding profile, matches it against active grants, and drafts the first version of a proposal grounded in the organisation's own voice.
